Even though there is no such evidence that states that Iraq had anything to do with 9/11?
Even though the fact that all evidence points towards Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda organization?
Even though the official 9/11 Commission Report states that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11?
Even though Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein hated each other and were sworn enemies?
Can one of you Americans that represent roughly 30% of Americans that believe this, please explain to me why you beleive this? Because I can not for the life of me fathom or understand why you would think this. I would also like to ask you if you've been clinically diagnosed as suffering from mental retardation?
Why are so many Americans so easily brainwashed and weakminded, that they allow themselves to be subjected to propaganda by the Bush administration and various neoconservative groups; being placed in mental shackles that prevent them from independent and rational thought?

JS: This is not about Afghanistan; it's about Iraq. And yes, polls do indicate that roughly 30% of Americans believe Hussein had a hand in 9/11. Please learn how to read and comprehend a question before answering. Thanks.

There are a lot of people that don't like to think for themselves, are not curious, and do not ask questions. They are yes men and women, and as long as you tell them that God said it was OK, they will abide by whatever you tell them.

Many people look for a quick and easy answer to spring into action. Osama Bin Laden in Afganistan should have been enough to do this correctly. This Iraqi war issue has nothing to do with 9/11. Iraq and Saddam had less to do with it than did Syria, Saudi Arabia or Iran. These 30% have been sold a bill of goods and cannot see for themselves what the facts are. But they are the minority, worldwide!

I don't know of anyone who ever claimed Saddam had anything to do with 9/11. There is plenty of evidence however that Irak and Al Queda worked together. Training camps and things like that.

Actually the idea that Saddam and Osama were sworn enemies is a bunch of BS. We have evidence showing a working relationship between saddam's Iraq and several terrorist groups including Al Quada. the upshot is while they may not have liked each other much they hated the US even more.

Bush played his cards right and played on the emotions of Americans after 9/11/01. This entire ordeal goes all the way back to his dad's time in office. Then think about how the media plays on our emotions as well and some are pro Bush...those that are always make connections between the two.
Americans are too selfish and lazy to ask questions. Most dont care that our country is part of an entire world, and it is our duty as much as our neighbors' to be aware of our daily life and how what happens overseas acctually does have an impact on our DAILY life...every single damn day. They dont care to ask questions and demand answers.
Basically, to answer your question and get out what I'm trying to say...That 1/3 of Americans are too worried about Britney Spears' weight, Nicole Richies baby, and Lindsay Lohans supposed addictions.

Dick Cheney is the only major official to hold to this.
He refuses to say why he thinks this, well he really refuses to give anyone any information. He's either crazy, lying, or just withholding stuff from Congress, the American people, Judicial system, media, etc.
The people who think this are the ones who support this traitor and who will blindly obey him despite the evidence mounted against him.
Even Bush has admitted that there is no reason to suspect a link.

but those 30% are the ones that are dummied down, i guess we were all guilty of the "shock and awe" of bush and his administration!!!!
now more and more people are being educated about his politics they are slowly waking up!!!

but there's still plenty of terrorsts there that we need to take care of that are a threat to us
