Honey, man up!!! Wear boxers and briefs like ordinary men. Besides, you are going to a formal affair and I am sure you want to be comfortable. Do you really want to wear some drawers that remind you of getting a wedgie??? If your tux jacket is long enough, it should cover the lines. Let visible panty lines be the concern of women only!
