Yes, most certainly, sexual intercourse is possible during the female cycle...
HOWEVER...
Before considering doing so, you must become aware of a potentially serious danger that exists if doing so...
During intercourse, the "stroking action" acts like a blender and will coagulate the blood. When that happens, the blood forms into blotches of gel and will not flow nor serve as a cleansing agent as it is meant to do. If these blotches of gelled blood remain for any length of time after the cycle is over (because they do not flow) then the potential of infectious disease is at a high risk...
Yes, you can follow with a very mild douche, but should never do so more than once a month unless advised differerntly by a qualified doctor...
Over-douching washes away well needed good bacteria to combat a various variety of bad bacteria that females are prone to achieve in this particular area...
Adding to this danger would be the hygiene habits of the male, especially if he is un-circumcised and not cleansed daily at least once. But most certainly should he be cleansed immediately prior to intercourse and soon afterwards, moreso, if intercourse takes place during the female cycle whether he is circumcised or not...
A small amount of semen always remains in the penis and this also can create a threatening bacteria if not flushed out before bacterial cheese is formed, usually due to masturbation, frequent intercourse and simply the absence of good hygiene...
Naturally, semen is liquiry and will wash away during the female cycle but this does not always hold true for the male as the stroking action acts as a syphon for the male and blood can be drawn into his penis and remain there long enough to cause a bacterial infection... Intercourse activity therafter becomes even a greater risk for both partners...
For these reasons, it would be best to use a condom when sharing intercourse during the female cycle as the rewards speak loudly...
Someone here mentioned it is possible to become pregnant during the female cycle... Yes, that is quite true and does happen more than we are made aware of...
Would I recommend intercourse during your cycle...? Yes, if both partners are feeling the desire then nothing should separate them...but, I would highly recommend the use of a condom because some of the fear of danger is gone and will add to the pleasures for both partners...

yes, it's a bit messy so be prepared for that, also she can still get pregnant too, tho it is unlikely, so use protection. Of course, she may not want to, some women are uncomfortable with that sort of thing, in which case the guy should obviously respect her wishes.

yeah you can, but i don't know why you would want to. If you have to let others said try the shower, or use a red towel, and make sure you use protection.

No you can not. In the Bible it states that is the woman's time to cleanse. So let her be.
