i have a 96 olds bravada (blazer).. i ran out of gas and i put more in it from right across the street.. now?

.. now the truck turns over but wont start.. also the volts meter says 0.. like my hud.. nothing works when i turn the car on.. on. is my fuel pump not getting electricity? my stereo works... power seats work.. windows work...

You ran the fuel line dry.
It will take some cranking to re-fill
the line and re-establish the fuel flow.
