That sounds like an excellent dress code.

Some depts had uniforms, some didn't. The last position I had before retirement, was the surveillance dept. Because of all the electronic equipment, Boss insisted that the temp be kept between 68 - 70 F. Therefore, I wore sweatshirts, year around.

I am not sure if we even have a "dress code" - I usually show up in a shirt with a collar and a pair of chinos, though.

I work as a claims adjuster / private investigator. So our dress code is pretty lax! Just wear whatever we want.

Casual, I work in an office, so business apropriate, but jeans are allowed as long as they are neat with no holes, and a collered shirt for guys. (No t-shirts, but polo or golf shirts are fine) No midriffs or short shorts for women.
