7-4=3
12-7=5
19-12=7
therefore
x-19=9
x=19+9
x=28

4+7+1 = 12

t1 = t0 + 1 = 4
t2 = t1 + 3 = 7
t3 = t2 + 5 = 12
t4 = t3 + 7 = 19
t5 = t4 + 9 = 28

tn = 3 + (2n -1)
