There are uggos and hotties everywhere. I would say Europe only because I think blonde hair and blue eyes is the most beautiful, but ethnic girls have beautiful features too. Hmmm. That's tough. European definitely. But I prefer rail thin body types over voluptuous and men usually prefer voluptuous. So for those men, they would probably think Latin American women are more beautiful because they tend to have booties and bigger breasts.
I'm a white girl with brown hair, brown eyes, and medium sized curves so I don't know what that says about the psychology around my reasoning, lol.
