You don't need anyone to beat you up.You are doing that yourself. What did you ever do to whip yourself like you are doing? No life is worthless.I send you a virtual hug and tell you to tell yourself each morning-I am good,I am good,I am great! It is known as the power of positive thinking.
Dr. Wayne Dwyer wrote a book on it.If young you may find it a bit heavy. It is excellent. Now your avatar shows a young stylish woman. Don't forget that.Lack of self worth is a major sign of clinical depression. Are you being treated?if not It may be a good idea to see your family doctor. You have your whole life ahead of you.Take the step. You will feel much better after. We all need help from someone at some point in our lives. Then maybe someday you will help someone who is going through a similar issue.Keep the faith in yourself .

our lives do contribute to the way we think and feel, but it doesn't have to stay that way. i too have felt alone and worthless for good portions of my life. but i don't anymore. things have changed. i've changed. it didn't happen over night, but it happened nonetheless. now i see what others would tell me was always there. facing your fears is a good start. i know when i started working on my relationship with myself a lot started to change. this may sound kind of out there to some, but the 12 steps of AA are excellent to apply to any aspect of your life. try by changing your thoughts. write about positive things and things you are grateful for. write your feelings. people who are in touch with themselves are the most successful people out there. you sound like you are a sensitive and caring person. know that a ot of people feel or have felt this way. you are never alone. i can go on and on. if you want to chat more just email me.

Not one single person is insignificant or worthless, including you. You need to learn to love yourself before you can love someone else. We are all shaped by our experiences but we don't have to let them define us. I suggest counselling to help you explore the reasons you feel as you do, and enable you to move on. I wish you healthy choices and relationships.

My faith helps me with those issues.
I believe God created every one with a special purpose and value.
It doesn't matter what you do, God still loves you unconditionally. Our mistakes in life sadden him, but that doesn't change how much he loves you.
When you think that he created you uniquely, it builds significance. When you feel his love, insecurity vanishes.
Seeking out and doing what he's created you to do will maximize your feelings of worth and value. And, he's perfect, so if someone imperfect lies to you, it doesn't matter.
Check out this book that's been on the New York Times bestseller list.

Have you thought about seeing a therapist? I know that you can work on self esteem issues and other issues through therapy. I know that I really benefited me and I felt so much better about myself. I really worked on it, and ended up going back to college at 40, and graduated with highest honors. So, there is hope for you too!
Good luck.

Here's what you do: go volunteer at a homeless shelter, or animal shelter, an dyou will figure out that by helping others less fortunate you do have worth and you are good enough.

Everything happens for some reason. Everyone is important. You have to only believe a bit in yourself.

You should see a doctor and a therapist. You may have depression if it's that bad.
