What can I do to protect my eyes from the sun while driving?

I drive alot around 6:30, 7:00 PM. I drive the same way every day (to get home) and every time I do it, the sun is always right in front of the car, next to stop lights, etc. I am really frightened about what this could be doing to my eyes. I am wearing a pair of pretty cheap sunglasses, but feel I need more protection. Please advise. thanks

You need a better pair of sunglasses. Don't forget your visor. Pull it down, if you don't already.
You want a pair that protects your eyes from UVA/UVB. Polarized lenses cost more but are great. They reduce glare.

The cost of your sunglasses has nothing to do with their effectiveness. Most sunglasses are marked with what percentage of UV light they block out. The higher the better.

Glasses that wrap around the sides will help cancel out more sunlight.

you need to wear polarized sunglasses, they are the most effective in protecting your eyes. So invest in some good ones like Foster Grants.

The only thing you can do is to make sure your sunglasses have UV protection, besides that, drive only at night.

wat u rigidity?? if a scooter den placed on helmet,, n if automobile then y u might desire to conceal ur hair n face..... yet nonetheless purely conceal ur hair completly with headscarf n over ur mouthn nostril..n purely pin up around ur ears
