What do you think of it? Is it better or worse than the American version? I dont know exactly how to view it (I've looked at Blockbuster they dont have it) but I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with the American version and would like to compare the two.

The British version of The Office is absolutely a great piece of work. It's really funny and after seeing it, there's no doubt that Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant are geniuses. A lot of British fans love to bash the American version because they think it's a rip off, it's poorly written, it's not funny. But they're just narrow minded. If you compare the first seasons of both shows, I would say that the British is much better. But after the US version developed its own storylines and characters, it really took off and became the best comedy on tv now. It's reallly different from the British version now, so it's hard to compare the two. Personally, I love both versions. Different humor, but still great.

I agree with Immrkevin above. See the BBC version - it's just 12 episodes - and judge the US version as a whole different show. Each is fun in its own way.

Netflix does have both editions. The American verision is called "Season One/Two/etc." and the British version is "Series One/Two."

I think both version are great. I was skeptical about the US version at first, because I had seen the british version before, but I have to say it's hilarious. I didn't realize rick gervais co=produces the US version, so maybe that explains why both are great.
Netflix might have it.

solid to make certain an previous face, I had approximately forgotten which you have been in my contacts (used to apply my p.c., a guy in a black shirt in case you keep in mind) I wager it may be no longer consumer-friendly to discover, yet returned interior the 80s I keep in mind staring at a television sequence based on the classic action picture "conflict of the Worlds" and the sequence had an analogous call, it became enormously cool. It became merely on late at night, i became a baby and could watch it on the sneak, i could have merely quite been a youngster while i could watch it, it may be no longer consumer-friendly to discover. i individually cherished the unique black and white Twilight Zone I even have 2 DVD container units of them. I cherished all the celebrity treks, unique, next gen, deep area 9,Voyager,company, all solid. i could be a geek for asserting this, yet i individually cherished "Angel" the spin off of buffy the Vampire Slayer, no longer as vast of partial to the unique buffy even even with the shown fact that it had its moments. i do no longer probably get into television the way I did interior the previous, I even have been out of the loop because of the fact the early 2000s as far as quite taking area in a television sequence, do no longer understand lots correct to the twine so i'm merely asserting off the right of My head what i like. I even tend to love shows that are no longer making it long, I cherished "the Tick" (the two the lively and version with actors) and that i've got been given slightly into shows like "johny 0" that never made it previous the 1st season. Edit: Oh, while you're pleased with staring at a caricature, Daria became large, my pal has the completed sequence on DVD, we'd watch it and reminisce correct to the 90s and early 2000s
