I drive up to 7 mph above the speed limit on a good road when the conditions are clear and the weather good.
I drive slower when I must.
And I measure the number of car lengths per ten mph I am behind anyone and he/she is behind me, as if my life depended upon my doing it right. It might...
And no cell phones while driving, no booze, no drugs, no nothing...I have a job to do: protecting the valuables on board--starting with my hide, which is driving on a street with a bunch of irresponsible nutcases and crazies.

I obey the speed limit laws. so am I fast slow etc? depends on what is considered fast slow etc.
