Must one nod his head in agreement like a robotic bobble-head doll with this company man, lest face accusations of being a "traitor" or "anti U.S soldier"?

No. I have't been called a traitor yet, but that's probably because I don't have many conversations with conservatives.

And what do you know that he didn't mention? Apparently you must know something that you'd speak so vulgarly of a highly decorated and well-respected military man that was giving sworn testimony.
