My sister like that. She is 44, and she still tries to act like a teenager. She lives at home, has no job, and just hangs out with her loser friends all day reliving the "good ole high school days." What's wrong with her?!? I just want to slap her and scream."Grow up!"

A kick in the pants along with the slap to the face may be in order. It is still possible for adults to "relive the good ole high school days", however. That is what the weekends are for!
This may also be her way of displacing responsibility. In this case, an intervention may be necessary. If her parents are supporting her, they have to be the most vocipherous of all, since she is using their resources with reckless abandon.

Yeah. I have some close relatives who do like that. My high school days were almost a half century ago, and I have forgotten them as quickly as I could.
I think its good to have memories, and it's good to have good things to look back on, but if you're 44 and the good things are high school days you missed a turn somewhere on the freeway of life.
Be patient with her and be glad you found the turn-off.
