although i dont enjoy some of the restrictions it puts on journalists as a whole, the FCC does do some good things. All in all, i dont care for it, but i think it's a necessary evil. kind of like our government.

no, but its regulation of cable and satelite is wrong. If I am a paying customer to satelite or cable, then the FCC has no basis for regulation. However, when it comes to the "free airwaves", then the FCC should have the weight of the people and its regulation behind it.

Yes. But it would be just as good to keep it and return it to control of the frequencies and get it out of the censorship business which is clearly Un-Constitutional!!

No, they should be freed from archconservative control and reformed so that they can start doing there job again. They shouldn't be rubberstamping moves taken by the large media corporations that they're supposed to oversee. These oligarchies need to be broken up, and the American airwaves set free once again. We desperately need more diversity in our media.

No. They have done nothing wrong in my book. All they do is regulate what goes over the airwaves. What's the biggie?
