that's the one thing California should keep and should lead the rest of the country in , term limits for all

No but I think term limits on everything are about due. The judiciary having lifetime appointments is ridiculous. Judges should serve no more than 1 generation.... about 20 yrs at most. Then new appointements must be issued. I would even go for fewer than 20 yrs if more people wanted. Judges should be locked into the pulse of people today, not ruling on beliefs held from 3 generatons ago. Codgers gotta go!
