you supported your side & mocked at another (but without getting down to personal insults)?

But isn't that the true spirit of sport? Then why do people get unnecessarily emotional over it & report it as abuse?

I have never had a question deleted.

The true spirit of sport is not about the fan it is competition among people that are playing.

You have every right to ask any question you want, I am tired of the crybabys that can't handle a little ribbing. They should just block you if they can't deal with you.

I thought the spirit of sport was playing the sport, not mocking fans of another side.
Perhaps people thought it was abuse because it wasn't really a question? I don't know the particulars, but if I write:
"Isn't it true that fans of Team A are losers?"
I am not really asking a question.

It just happened to me by answering a question. There is this guy (Lizard King) who is always dumping on the Yankees and specifically the fans. He made a degrading comment the other day and I answered him with "I'm guessing you have a single digit IQ". He took offense and reported me. I lost best answer points. Just goes to show you how thin skinned some people are. They can dish it out but can't take it.

I never take anything personal but evidently this "fan" did!!

Yeah it happened to me too. This one member, Georgie Porgie is notorious for doing that. He can't handle any sort of insults at all. But he loves to insult other teams. So if you see him ask a question about the Tigers, be careful not to say anything insensitive. It's ridiculous and annoying when people block you for no reason.

Some people have thin skin on here. I called a yankee fan an idiot for something he said and I got reported. Whatever. I am sure it happens in all sports and for all teams. It's funny, cuz the guy who reported me, said worse crap than me, but I guess I must have hit a nerve. :) Truth hurts I guess.

cause they have the spirit of the narc in them.

cause we're all supposed to be overly tolerant of everything these days... acceptance is the dominating philosophy today. That is why we have a moron fr prez and terrible music crammed down our throats... guys cry on stage now and wear make up like a girl and wear tight jeans...

tattle tail is in today.... I remember a better time when you could do whatever on the internet... now its over regulated.

me- deleted...yeah I get that from time to time... its always 'cause of yankee fans.

I got a question deleted. It was a stupid question, but kind of funny. Everybody seemed to like it and got a couple stars.

Yes I have.

However, deleting questions and answers is the spirit of Yahoo! sport.
