I am a student on a low budget. I have one year of experience playing the oboe. Currently I am borrowing one from my school. I have already searched the internet a few times. Does anyone know where I can look for or find a good, low-priced, oboe?

The obvious place to looks is at your nearby music/instrument stores.
Enter "used oboes for sale" without the quotes into your favorite search engine.
The links, below, may help, but be careful when dealing with people you can't visit, personally, and/or won't let you view the instrument via the 'net, or ask for cash only, and/or won't give a guarantee/refund/replacement, etc.
This is a good time to involve your parents!
