I am currently doing some research on certain issues that have been brought to my attention via the media and other television programs. Aside from what I see on television, I am talking to the American people directly and am researching to see if the results are really the same. I appreciate any input you have on this question and your feedback is important. I am listening to what America has to say.

I have no reason to doubt that he is a born again Christian. Being a Christian does not make one perfect, nor does it mean that we are not prone to sin. Being a born again Christian simply means that we are forgiven.

In reality, what we thing means nothing. Whether he is or not is between him and God.

When someone says they are 'born again Christians' I take it with a grain of salt. If they were truly born again they wouldn't be advertising it to the hilt. This would be an event that's very special that's between them and Christ. I think some of this 'born again ' stuff that some people come up with is nothing more than saying " God forgives me, so you have to also"! And they no longer have to take responsibility for they're past actions. They shouldn't use it as a scape goat.

I prayed to God that shall we've a President who wasn't ashamed of the call of the Lord Jesus Christ. So at President Bush's inauguration, our united states of america grew to become into blessed interior the call of the Lord Jesus Christ. Plus, I even have heard how God stored Pres Bush from His sins and that he's a born back Christian. From this Born back CHristian attitude, President Bush is sturdy. Blessed is the guy who trusts interior the Lord. Our President is blessed, so we are blessed. WMD grew to become into in Iraq, yet have been sent to Syria through fact we went to Iraq.

Apparently becoming a Christian helped him quit drinking. I think Bush has used the Christian community in a lot of ways. I have nothing against Christians, but its frightening to see the mix of religion and government. Faith based initiatives might work in some areas, but anyone else who has seen a schizophrenic come out of a religious homeless shelter knows what I'm talking about.

He claims to be and there is a book, The Faith of George W. Bush (Mansfield ?), that's all about his spiritual journey. However, there are certain things he's done and said that I personally don't find consistent with being a Christian. Really only God knows...

Anyone can be "born again" just by saying they were! It's not what he says and talks about, that makes him the Christian he says he is.......it's the actions. The actions of Bush indicate he is an atheist with vile contempt for his countrymen who he swore to uphold!

Yes, he is. He asked the Lord Jesus Christ into his life as his Savior and Lord. A person's spiritual walk is personal. To be born-again you accept Jesus as your Savior. President Bush has testified to this many times. Rev. Billy Graham will attest to it also.

I dont know of any way to tell if one is born again. As another person posted, that is between them and God. I dont know of any blatantly unGodly things he has done. He seems like a normal fallable human who happens to not be very bright or very concerned about anyone but himself and his cronies.

Yes. Only a born-again christian could be so ignorant and incompetent as he has been.

Why not. That's just a name people call themselves.

He could call himself a born-again kangaroo for all it matters. Let him, like the rest of us, be judged by our actions, not our titles.
