The whole joke is- do you know that if your hand is bigger than your face; you have cancer? is a JOKE. After this they will expect you to see i you have cancer, thus putting your hand on your face and then they will hit your hand which will
push your hand into your nose and hurt you. It isn't cancer WHATSOEVER.

Is it just one hand, or are both hands large? If one is enlarged, you probably do need to see a doctor. If you just have very large hands, and there is no pain or other discomfort, then you are probably still growing and will grow into them-- teens are gawky looking at times becuase the hands and feet and head may grow faster than other parts.

Don't listen to them. They just say stuff like that. I think everyone's hand is bigger then their face. Just don't worry about it.
