I want to add a nice set of sporks, like 4-6ish or so... and I'm not really looking for plastic or these titanium camping sporks.
Ideally I'd like to find a nice regular kitchen utensil looking design. I saw some on eBay, but a bunch of the designs looked either old and fancy or too much camp like.

I see what you mean. Not very easy to find anything...
Most websites for local stores didn't hint at carying sporks with their online search engines. I saw a couple decent designs on amazon.com though. Aside from that, I would have to say either check ebay periodically or make your own with spoons and a dremel tool.

Try looking online at Bed Bath and Beyond. They have all kinds of stuff - gadgets and utensils - for the kitchen. Crate and Barrel is another place to try. Or Sonoma - Williams.
