My QB's are weak and one guy has both Eli and Peyton and thought maybe i could snag Eli while he's hurt, what would be a fair trade to get Eli?

This is a 14 team standard ESPN.com league.

QB: Matt Leinart, Trent Green
RB: Larry Johnson, Derrick Ward, Marshawn Lynch, Ladell Betts, Brandon Jacobs, Dominic Rhodes
WR: Marvin Harrison, Calvin Johnson, Deion Branch, Patrick Crayton
TE: Eric Johnson
D: Packers

You're going about this all wrong. Forget fair. Make an offer that helps YOU, and see what they say. Then counter down until you get what you want. That said, my money is on Leinart having a better season than Eli Manning anyway. I'm not convinced any trade would be fair... for YOU.

id say for Eli who id only say is a b - minus player
u shud trade Patrick crayton and deion branch for Eli manning
if he wants a QB send green leinart is a hell of a pick man don't give him up

I wouldn't pick up Eli yet - even with his injury, you have no guarantee he'll be consistent.

Try to give the person Leinart and Branch perhaps, if you really want him.
