Hey first let me say I love the name, I too am a yadda. Anyways it is interesting that you brought this up, cause I was just thinking the same thing. My mother passed away 3 years ago on the twelfth and I still miss her dearly, and the thought of her missing hurts still to this day. It hurts emotionally, I know for me I wish I just still had some more time with her, to let her know how I really feel, and that I love her, and how much different life is with out her. I know that it has something to do with our hearts and minds coliding together as one or something like that. I also think that there are alot of things that I wish I could have said to her, and there were alot of things that she did and said that contributed to my life that helped mold me into the person I am today, and it hurts to know that I don't still have the benefit of her in my life anymore if that makes any sense

Because you want nothing more than to be with that person.
I went through a terrible breakup a few months ago. The pain of it all was eating me alive. I no longer miss him though. But that, the not missing him, hurts me in another weird way. It's like, now there is no pain, but there is a vacant and hollow place in my heart. I guess it will take more time for that to change.
Good luck to you!

Not sure why, but know the feeling. I misswed some one so bad once that I didn't want to think about thema nd then he wanted me to write every day and I couldn't bare the pain of that and the longer I waited on writing the more I felt guilty and then it just finally went away cause he went away. It still tears me up and I know it was all my fault.

How can I miss what I never have had? That is the motto "USED" to have. Until.......well lets just say that there are some very, very special people out here in our community. And if anyone has a problem with where we chose to play even very live....then they can take off, eh?
sorry, there I go ranting again. Danm did I take my meds? heheheheh.
But, yes.........there is someone(s) I miss deeply. and who wudda thunk?

Because, seeing someone u love leave or something else like that is a moment that affects ur brain that controls u to feel sad.. i miss my friend that left because she was very friendly. u miss that person alot if they did something for you. dont worry, think of the happy times. it is a very painful moment i know.

wow, so we're serious today....?
love does hurt but I would not want to miss out on it......
my older son died 3 yrs. ago, I miss him..it comes and goes in waves....the waves are getting smaller but at times they hit hard!
I'm ok.....for me it hurts I (think) cuz I carried him in my body & when he was born it was like a chunk of my ♥ was now exposed and walking around in the world, vulnerable. So, I still have 2 chunks walking around, 13 & 15...
I think love with a husband is a little different than love of a child but still vulnerable...ok, I'm done now. smile.

Someone once told me it is for selfish reasons, eg we won’t see them again. I can see some truth in that but luckily time heals, eventhough it doesn’t feel like it at the time, and you are then left with great memories to cherish.

Because of the way they have affected your life. When they're no longer there it's kinda like going into withdrawal.

Because if its as good as it Can Be, then that person becomes a part of you, and tearing off pieces can hurt.
