Indians 3, Royals 4 - Bannister already beat Sabathia once this year and he'll do it again.
Indians 2, Royals 5 - The only team that has scored on Greinke since late July is the Yankees.
Indians 7, Royals 3 - I just don't like or trust that Buckner kid on the mound.
Overall, the Royals got past that magical number of 63 wins and are just going to go out and play some good baseball since they don't have that cloud of another 100 loss season over their head.

The Indians should sweep the series. As to the scores I'll say:
Game 1 - Indians win 5-2
Game 2 - Indians win 6-1
Game 3 - Indians win 9-4

Every time I answer your questions of this nature I always jinx the team I want to win, so I am not going to say anything. Sorry.

Royals take 2 out of 3.....
If the Royals can beat the Tigers, then they can definitely beat the Indians.
