Sleep. lol
Depends on why I'm stressed actually. In general, one of my favorite things to do is to pop in a movie I can absorb myself in and shut off my mind. It's one of the things I do after a long day at work. I tend to watch an especially silly movie when I'm really crabby because I just need to laugh and let it out. lol
Other times I'll play a game and listen to music. I personally think the best remedy to let out some stress is to pop in some of your favorite songs and sing loudly along to them. Even if you think you can't sing, just sing along to them. Dance around a bit. It lifts your spirits a lot to just be active. When we sit and think about how stressed out we are, it just gets worse.
Just a little side note: I understand that a lot of this is a sort of escapism and it's not healthy to just "escape" your problems. However, these are tools to help you lift up your spirits so you can re-approach your stresses with a better attitude and hopefully this helps you solve them. :)

You should drink a cup of camomile tea as it is very calming. When you awaken every day, you have already received the greatest gift of all - "Life." What someone else thinks or what they do, doesn't concern you. YOU are all that matters, just remember that. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

Unfortunately, I hide away from everyone and sleep. It's not a great way to handle it, but my body just shuts down when I'm under too much pressure. When I wake up, I'm ready to deal with whatever's on my plate.

Release it. I go workout, run, hike, life weights, read, talk with friends, play competitive sports, play paintball. Whatever you do don't bottle it up, if you keep bottling stress up that can be worse for you than a meth habit.

Massage - at least once a month. Cheaper than antidepressants, feels better than talk therapy. Although it's not as productive as knitting.... I like that answer.

I knit.
It uses up just enough of my energy and mental function to dissipate anything that could be bothering me.
I do at least an hour or two of it per day.
