There are two. First is my favorite song of all time - "Stargazer" by Rainbow (Ronnie James Dio is especially awesome on this song and it never fails to give me chills even after 30+ years and listening to it a million times). The other is "Kashmere" by Led Zeppelin.

Even though I'm not a huge fan of country I'm going too have to say Martina McBride's Concrete Angels and Leanne Rime's Amazing Grace. Other then that I don't really get chills.

The chills are such a hard thing to measure. The only time I know I have them is when I'm bed-ridden with fever. For a song to do that, hmmm. Maybe these two.
