Because mine and my exgirlfriend's bestfriend(me and my ex are still friend) has been telling me about her period for the past few days so, I was just wondering if it's normal for a girl to tell one of her bestfriends who's a guy about this, I know she'd probably tell my ex but me, it just seems wierd.

Some girls will tell a guy about it, some girls won't she is obvisously really at ease in your friendship and probably doesn't think there is anything weird about it, not understanding that periods are something guys would sooner not know about.

Er probably not cos it tends to make men feel really uncomfortable when we talk about our "woman " things ha ha ha Your friend is obviously quite an open person and has no problem discussing her intimate business with you but if it wierds you out you should tell her.

Yeeaaah. It's normal.

Girls have to deal with it and we sometimes feel it's unfair, soooo, we have tendencies to talk about it alot.

Also...If you guys are best friends, she probably has heard weird things from you and thinks it's okay to do the same.

I wouldn't worry about it.

But. If it makes you uncomfortable, calmly and sweetly tell her it well, makes you uncomfortable.
Try something like:
"I know you have to deal with this and that it completely bites, but..I'm just not very comfortable with hearing about it so can you talk about it a bit less. I would really appreciate it and I don't mean to rude. Thank you so much. -Hug-"

It depends. I probably wouldn't tell him but soo much because he wouldn't be able to relate. That is something that I may discuss with my girlfriends. A lot of times with best friends we tend to tell almost everything.

I have talked about it before with a male friend, but only briefly, not in detail and not often. She must think you are cool with the whole conversation and apparently she's comfortable with you.

I agree: hearing of a girl's period experiences is a wee bit TMI for any guy to hear. It's unfortunate women have to experience that each month---and it makes a guy feel lucky he doesn't have to (which I think bears the female resentments towards guys).

Women talk easily to each other about such--and that's OK....just as long as we guys don't have to. And we shouldn't.

I don't discuss that kind of "personal" information with my best friend who happens to be a male, because its not something that I would want to share. Besides, its a girl thing!

Oh this is nice and weird and wonderful on a similar time.. Why r u scared? He sounds like a marvelous guy.. i'd be somewhat scared if considered one of my bffs (guy bffs) gave me a tampon & pads out of his locker.. yet i'd bypass to college like no longer something occurred.. i'm 13, too.. i think of that my female bffs would fairly helped me, then my guy bffs.. (in that form of subject)
