So I just turned 31 and I'm by no means fat! Most stuff doesn't even fit me because it's too big.
Is BEBE a good brand for new and still hot moms?
I read here people think that A&F is forbidden beyond 29..? I don't like the Charlotte Russo stuff.

Why don't you try department stores. Macy's or Bloomingdales is good.

You should try stores that target feminine clothing for the working woman. H&M is great for everything, from work to casual clothes and they are all great cuts, fits and are very feminine and have some really great things. You could try Banana Republic, French Connection, The United Colors of Bennington, or New York & Company. All of these stores target the same kind of women consumers, and I personally love them all.

You should really stay clear of A&F, bebe, Charlotte Russe, Urban Outfitters... Their target audiences are late teens/early twenties.

I think that it is a question of what you are most comfortable wearing, and how it looks on YOU. For the 29 year old 'rule', who is going to card you? There is not much difference between 29 and 31, just two years. If you still look like you are in your twenties, don't worry about it, go for it!

Bebe is kinda experencive isn't it? If I was you I would just try department stores. You just don't want to have the whole soccer mom in nasty "lounge" pants and an old sweatshirt.

If you can afford Bebe then go for it. I think NY and Company has some really cute stuff and they're not to expensive.
