it has indeed nearly ended my interest in any printed material, although i spent many years in the print business. newspaper and magazine jobs as reporter, photographer, writer, and editor. now i even dislike the use of all that paper. you cannot imagine how much paper is involved. i cannot imagine where they get all those trees. i know the nyt actually owns millions of acres of timber country in canada to keep running. plus all of them are shrinking steadily, with few exceptions. i mostly rely on net or the damn tv.

Well I still buy papers all the same because you dont neccesarily have access to the internet on the go all the time. Plus when I get A.M. or Metro Newspaper it gives me more specific things on what's happening at night rather than doing a whole big search on the net

Mostly I get my international news from the BBC ONline. But for local,I pretty much have to buy the newspaper. They have an online edition but you can't get the little items unless you're looking for them subject-wise,so you miss a lot,so and so got stabbed last night on Something Street, that kind of thing.

Absolutely, I hardly ever purchase a newspaper anymore, If I want local news all of the area newspapers (3) are on line, as well as local television stations (4)......so why spend $1.50 for a paper ???

Your basically gruesome becuase your lazy and could no longer look after your self, ever used a hair straightner? Heard of waxing your face? Getting a dietician? commencing up a fashion magazine? playing game? Turning on the television even? perchance you may desire to pass to a dietician and get your well-being back heading in the right direction first, you may have the potential to no longer be lazy and do all the above common stuff that maximum individuals do on a daily basis without thinking two times

I cannot remember the last time I bought a newspaper. In NY we also have the Metro and AM newspaper that is given out daily and for FREE! I do both get my "AM" and do the Internet.

YES! I stopped with paper since I get all my news on the net. Now anytime I get a newspaper-it's those little ones they give out on the NYC subway. I used them for my dog's potty training.
