I have never experiened any of the horror stories that I've heard. I work for the U.S. office of a Japanese company and there are only 7 of us. Everyone gets along just fine, there are no arguments, no talking behind backs, or anything like that.

I know that its much different in larger companies, so I'd like to hear about it.

I work for a company owned by Ross Perot....The politics are horrendous... not particularly the gossip and such..it does exist..just the processes for my particular account to get stuff done.. if I could take all the time I spend in meeting, on conf calls and doing paperwork, I would definitely be more productive with my position...
