i got it to turn on and my neice turned it off ,it has done this several times ,runs great when on but i cant turn it on again please help

If you READ the manual it came with you'd KNOW where the power switch was.

There should be a small, touch-sensitive power switch on the right underside of the monitor that has an orange light shining in it. Touching it should make the light green, and the monitor should be on.

Try pushing your power plug into the monitor, When moved they sometimes come loose and still appear to be plugged in. If its not that(mines allways doing that) then its the power switch surge protecter or electrical outlet
