I think it would be fair for her to have air conditioning only if the dishes are being hand washed.

I have a problem with "should women be allowed". Exactly why does a woman need permission?

Well if it's in a house that has central air conditioning then I won't turn the air conditioner off in the kitchen so that she can sweat as I feel that a woman is a human being as well. If it's not a central air conditioning apartment or house then I would put some sort of window fan or something. And I'm a man and saying this as well and if you don't like it then that's tough luck on your behalf.

That's a ridiculous question. Allowed...it's a necessity if you want good food to come out of that kitchen. I find that when I have cool air when i'm in the kitchen I cook better. If it's all hot I rush and start sweating and you could tell the food was cooked in a rush. When I cook I cook with love and I love me some air conditioning while i'm cooking.

I think the air conditioning should be on for sure!! She's making a meal for the family, she deserves to be comfortable.

What planet are you from? I wouldn't consider living in a house without central air! When we were house shopping, we said any house that didn't have it, would have to have it installed first thing!

i have a/c in my kitchen...it still gets hot, just not as hot...it's easier and more comfortable to cook!
so yes, we should!
