Honestly I never tell any of them how I feel. I'm too paranoid of what they would say. So I give hints or get my friend to tell them so they can just ask me out.
I probably would but I wouldn't be as close to them since it would be a little awkward. Never happened to me yet though so I'm not to sure.

I have held crushes for yrs for the fact that I didn't want them to fall off their pedestal I put them on. But if it was someone who I knew really well & thought we had a chance than I'd say something before it was too late

I agree with the first two answers. Communication is always the best. If you don't communicate good with someone and tell them how you feel, you'll end up hurt in the end.

It's always best to just put it out there and see how things go. The worst they could do is tell you they don't feel the same and then you'd know.

communication is very important even if you dont like a person like that right now...you should still let them know how you feel, without hurting their feelings.

I would let him know in a hypothetical way. What if... or have you ever thought about.....chuckle chuckle....That way you have not jumped so far out of your bag on the guy that you cannot still talk to him.
