I would say it would depend on a few factors like ;
how expensive the beer was, how far you travelled to get the said beer, if it was your favorite, and how desperate you was to drink ALL the beer as well as how much of it I spilt. Although, if you was desperate to drink it all then how come you put it down so I could spill it????? Plus, poke me in the eye and I poke you back!!! ;-)

From a moral perspective,no. As far as your own emotional health is concerned,well,venting is good for you and as they say "venting is venting". Just don't don't injure the eye. You can get in trouble for that and prison bars don't sell beer.
