Whatever you do just don't act on your feelings for her boyfriend. A guy shouldn't be worth destroying a friendship over. Besides if you were to push the situation and he would be willing to go along with it, I'd question his integrity having the ability to end a relationship with someone only to go out with that person's friend. Think about it, if he's willing to do that to her then he'd more than likely be willing to do the same to you if the situation came. Hopefully you'll value your friendship enough to realize that while feelings like this may be normal, they're unacceptable. Don't jeopardize your friendship for some guy, its not worth it.

Nothing...it could "seem" like you're not close anymore because you're internally creating a conflict base to justify making a guilt-free play for her man. You'll realize afterwards that it wasn't worth harming your friendship over, have a tearful reunion and swear never to do this crap again. So, why don't you just fast-forward to the epiphany portion and skip the whole thing. The world is full of hot guys and hot girls...true friends are infinitely more rare.

What do you think you should really do? I mean come on. You know that is totally not okay. You know there aint nothing you can do with. That guy is off limits, whether you and your best friend are still close or not. Don't hurt your relationship with your friend

talk to your friend about your feelings towards her first and about the friendship see how that goes first and make sure that their relationship isn't strong before you act. personally i think its a bad idea all together because other friends will look at you in a different way and watch their boyfriends or just try to avoid you all together. for a little fun you might lose alot of credibility and friends

Yeah, best to forget about it, unless you want to burn all bridges with your friend and never speak to her again. That's one of the "unforgivables" as far as a lot of people are concerned. Find someone else to lust after and take your mind off him.

just enjoy the feelings. you are probably just jealous that she has a boyfriend and your crush is a way of dealing with it. like if you could steal him then you would have your best friend back.

only a very childish person would try to pursue this with the boyfriend.

You shouldn't do anything. Do not act on it. It will only lead many people to getting hurt. Your attraction to him is probably just psychologic anyway. He has your bestfriend, and you know that you cannot have him, too ...therefore you want him. It happens to the best of us, just be sure to keep it to yourself and don't do anything about it! Find your own man.

If you really care about your friend and dont want to hurt her, stay away from her boyfriend. It would suck to lose her friendship over a guy and is totally not worth it.

If she is your best friend then you should try to control your urges. You may want him in that way but is it worth ruining a friendship over?
