Check out Larry Carley's auto software website and email him to get a recommendation for low cost shop management software. I'd try to find an integrated package that has the employee time sheets, pay, parts billing, customer billing etc all wrapped up into one program so that all the facts are in the same data base no matter what paper work you want to print out. Also get a magazine subscription to "Underhood Service" at http://www.underhoodservice.com/ and become a member of http://www.IATN.net Both will offer many other sources for software and information you need to run a shop.

Then element out the paint on the floor and enable him comprehend he desires to get it wiped clean.
