Iwould like to get some serious answers for smoe serious question I have about some serious issues I have from the people here on Yahoo. All I get is jokes and unfunny people saying how I am stupid and a moron and dumb. I just want to help people and get help from people on Yahoo answers and you guys are all jokers.

Mr. Mc PAIN,
I for one don't like whining, not from my kids, not from other YA questioners and not from you.
When I come to Polls & Surveys; you will usually find me in a silly, sarcastic mood when I'm here on Polls & Surveys.
When I want real serious answers I post on one of the other categories where serious (although not always intelligent) people interact. I "try" to behave at the other categories in a respectful, although not always helpful way.
I hope that you are not so upset about the responses here that you go postal. That would really be tragic and unnecessary (boy - unnecessary is quite the word to type twice!)
If you need further assistance, please hang up and call 1-800-Yahoo-4u..................I wonder if that's a real number?

honestly, It really depends how you categories your questions, Really, FOr example, Polls and survey is sort of a place where most jokers are, sometimes me. if you placed your question in a well let's say not so popular category then you will get some answers, not alot, but they surely will be serious. Also, you have to have a way of asking that makes people want to be serious. hope all is good....

Polls & Surveys is the 'non-serious' group in Yahoo Answers. Maybe you'd have better luck in another category.
Most of us don't mean any harm here. We just silly!

Because this is Yahoo Answers. There's nothing but bored, smart as.s people looking to pass the time. try Blogspot or another message board aimed specifically for your topic of discussion.
if you're on Y/A, you just gotta lighten up.

There is a old English saying that says " SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO KISS A LOT OF FROGS TO FIND A PRINCE " so keep asking and your questions will get answered.

i am blocking anyone under 17 yo. i think if we all did that ,then yahoo might let us get away with asking the "more Serious' questions, we have all been wishing we could get away with. , i mean learn from.
like- does a womans tongue feel the same way a man's tongue does when it's doing stuff?
i'd like to be able to ask and know these things.
none of the girls that live near me will help me out either.
it's so sad,really.
