Left hand, not right hand. Also, Ab6 is four notes, not three notes: Ab, C, Eb, and F.

In root position, 5321, Ab, C, Eb, F

(This is really an f minor 7th in first inversion).

The above responders have described a 1st inversion f minor chord an a 1st inversion Ab chord respectively.

For the full flavor of the chord, you must include all 4 notes, or the result will be ambiguous.

That is the left hand fingering, from bottom to top.

Pinky on C
Middle Finger on Eb
Thumb on Ab

I believe this is standard, but use whatever feels comfortable unless you are being tested.
