Ounces are units of weight, while liters are units of volume. It depends upon what is in the 1.5 liter container. I think it'd be about 32.96 oz. of water or or 522 ounces of lead.

A litre is slightly more than a quart, so 50 ounces in 1.5 litres is a good estimate. For more accurate result, convert to 1500 ml or cc's and from that to ounces. It's really easier to use all metric units for the precise measurements.

Alternatively, according to Google...

For 1.5 litres, multiply that figure by 1.5. :D

An ounce is 30mL and there are 1000mL in a litter. So there are 33.33 ounces in a litter. A gallon is 128 ounces. 15.5 x 128 = 1984 ounces 1984 / 16 = 124 There are 124 16 ounces in a 15.5 gallon keg.

Use the tables and find out yourself...
A pint of water, weighs a pound and a quarter.
Find the number of pints you have in a litre then multiply this number by 20 and you will have your answer.
The pint of water jingle was chanted out by my old head master as he stalked the corridors of the school. No one who was at this school will ever forget this, one day it could save a life... who knows?

1cc of water = 1gram.
1 oz = 28.35 grams.
1 L of water = 1,000grams.
1,000g ÷ 28.35g/oz = 35.27 oz
1.5 L = 1.5 x 35.27 oz. = 52.9 oz.
(I've yet to see a litre of lead (unless in liquid form)).
