You can't upgrade video card on a laptop or notebook, so we can't help you. You need a brand new laptop or notebook.

EDIT: This is the "laptops and notebooks" section, is it not?

Get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130062
A really great card for the money. Also, I would go ahead an buy a cheap gig of RAM. 2 Gigs has become the standard. Although it really depends on what you buy, you can get a stick for like $40.
My friend went from not being able to play Oblivion with integrated graphics and the AMD Athlon 5400 (I think, it may have been the 4800) to being able to play on highest settings.
I've owned that card. It's performance in games is almost comparable to my new 8800 GTS (although, the 8800 outperforms on benchmarks).

I would suggest going to newegg.com. you can get a evga brand nvidia g-force 7600 for around 90$. it is a good buy and the card will let you run most modern games at a good level. The web sight has fast delivery time and very good customer service. You will need a pcie slot for that card though.

Check them out, if you need to, add a little to the amount you have budgeted, and as someone else pointed out, increase your RAM.

A quick search has a 256 GeForce for 79.00.

Good luck and good gaming
