blind people in taxi cabs or the backseat of a car

iv wondered that for years but the only thing i can think of is as so that blind people can use any of the atm"s at the bank

because all atm's are manufactured the same they aren't made specifically for you to drive up to it's made for general use.

Because blind people need someone to drive them TO the ATM. From there, they get out and walk up to it. Duh.
