is in really poor taste. For Giuliani to feature the date "9/11/07" so prominently in this ad means that he is running solely on a 9/11-based platform, doesn't it?
Like I've said before, you don't have to agree with Hillary Clinton or anything she said... but Giuliani's manipulation, commercialization and extortion of the events of 9/11/01 are reprehensible.

Basically, I think Giuliani needs to stop talking about 9/11 and depending solely on a number to win an election... he needs to start talking about how his Presidency would benefit the American people. Agreed?

His children voted him out of their lives, and they know him better than I do. Why would I vote him into mine?
The 9/11 thing might have worked for him if he'd had the opportunity to run for president closer to that date. Now it comes off as cheesy and exploitative...climbing to the White House on the bodies of the fallen.
He didn't even do that much on 9/11. He was a visible presence, whee. He hired a stone cold crook as police commissioner, to boot. Oh yes, I want him making federal appointments. Not.

he needs to look to the future instead of dwelling on the past. We need to know what he will DO for us, not what he has DONE for us.
Just because he is looked upon by some as a great man because of 9/11 doesn't mean he'll be the best choice for the election.
Though I personally think his daughter's support of Obama will help him more than hurt him, in the primaries.
If I was running for office I'd want my kid to support who they felt like supporting, not just supporting me out of loyalty. It's called being an individual and it's a wondeful thing.

all giuliani has is 9/11 had it not happened his political career would have been over. giuliani is using fear of an other terrorist attack for his own gain. a leader should inspire people, unite, make americans fearless. we claim to be the home of the brave and home of the free however under the past 7 years of gop control america has become enslaved by fear. its time to move on tackle real problems facing america such as health care, education, fair trade. problem dems want to take on not some boogie men. terrorist will never break america unless we let them, and fear is the first step towards our defeat.

9/11 9/11 9/11. That Giuliani's answer to any question. It seems he is a one trick pony.

No you are wrong
He is accusing Hillary pandering to one of her main supporters moveon.org.
One of the main reasons he ran the add was to expose the NY times. They gave moveon a 60% ddiscount and he tried to get he same discount. If he initiated this exchange I would say it was suspect but because it was a response aimed at exposing Hillary more than it was at promoting him. I think you assumption is false.

Say what you want. Rudy was a great mayor, a great leader on 9/11 and he would make a great president in spite of some of his liberal social views.

i can't agree, but i can make a point to sit right next to yours in this debate.
he's sounds like a big crybaby.
as for 9-11, WE all need to be reminded of it every day in my opinion. to think it will happen again and never forget the horrible events of that day. use it as a reminder to stand for what is right, not just right for me. many have already forgotten, and (God forbid) should it happen again, there will be more unreasonableness to the administartion on hand (it'll probably be dems, right?), more blind hatred of them, more divisiveness, and partisanship, and blah, blah, blah.
it churns my stomach to watch the hate fly on here. (especially when it's Americans -vs- Americans. so sad.)

Rudy is all about the emotion of 9/11. That seems to be all he has to run on.

Guilliana purposely stayed in New York to campaign during 9/11.
Yes, I agree. Guillani is playing the emotion card with people and it's an ultimate insult to every American.

I never would have voted for Giuliani anyway.
Fred Thompson gets my vote. A true conservative at last.
