That's a diagnosis, not a prognosis.
A diagnosis is a patient's current condition -- like: "Smorb has moderate hypertension and acute satyriasis."
A prognosis is what will happen in the future -- like: "Smorb will most likely die of a heart attack while engaged in group sex with his longtime lady love and several other unnamed women from Yahoo...."

my prognosis is;
we can NEVER decide the future of anyone and what my be a problem today musn't be held again one's tommorow. Thus, prognosises are not accurate
