I saw that on the news and I was in complete disbelief. It seems like in today's world parents need to have a license to raise children. Those parents should be locked up and the key needs to be thrown away.

That is truly truly sad. They should treat the parents the same way they treated the baby. Then again they would probably like it. SHAME

Mandatory sterilization. Arrest for drug use and murder. Maximum sentence for both.
