Well I just kinda hang around and when I see somebody messing with my buddies I stick my foot out when they run by. Then I lmao at the idiot laying on the ground. After I kick the idiot on the ground for fun I start looking for my friends again. This deletion crappolium gets old for a fun lovin beer drinker like me I'll tell ya that!

It depends on how badly the individual has screwed up, whether or not this person habitually makes the same blunders, if the individual and I have any tangible connection over a period of time, and whether or not the individual has been known to cause problems for anyone I'm fond of.
If the individual is an unknown and his/her/its screwup definitely violates Y!A's Community Guidelines, I "might" report it.
If the individual is known (or attempts to be known) by me, ALL BETS ARE OFF. This is only in a worst-case scenario.

No reporting. I meet them head on and try to figure out what the hell happened. If it's been a misunderstanding, I will apologize and try to make things right.

I've given up on reporting people a long time ago, because it is wasted effort. Yeah, their account may get terminated, but they will just come back and brag about how it takes them "less than 3 minutes to make a new account"
I just take shots at them whenever I can.

I do not report unless it's vulgar or really bad. As for being mad at anyone, I don't waste my time on them. Too many here that can be jerks. I just stay away from them and stay where the decent ones are.

I don't really report anyone unless they show avatars that children should not see. There are so many other things in life that are worthy to be angry about, and personally, i don't think Yahoo Answers q&as should be one of them.

many times people have thought I was pissed and many times they were wrong. I may "BlTCH" jokingly in my q's but normally I ignore
I never report them for having their opinion sometimes I call them out on whatever is bothering me but mostly I make fun just joke around and laugh it off
