Nothing changes. Its no different physically than any other orgasm. He doesnt bleed or feel pain, it just feels really nice.

When a boy or a man has sex for the first time he should not feel any pain. The only pain he may feel is if the girl is very dry it might not feel comfortable but it is more of an uncomfortable feeling than pain, otherwise he is going to feel great. So great that he will ejaculate and want to do it again.

No blood, no pain. Some guys MIGHT experience some guilt feelings if they've strayed from the teachings of their family/religious values. But, for the most part, I'd say what happens to guys is they experience an indescribable "rite of passage" into manhood. Atleast, that's the way I felt.

nothing happens physically like bleeding or something, not unless he was so stupid to have made anything that could injure him,lol. to some extent, maybe some flashes of his mother or sister will occur in his mind on or after orgasm, which sends him some guilt angst brought about by the thought of having had sex.
i have to admit it could be more of a happy and fun thought for most guys that they are no longer virgins( most culture see men as either must-be sex afficionados or that there's really no such thing as male virginity).

No. When a male loses his virginity he has had some kind of intercourse with a female or male. It's more of a psychological thing, there are no physical signs. .

No pain. Just a short moment of elation immediately followed by shame and guilt for being embarrassingly abrupt and doing it at too young of an age. Mama wouldn't approve.

Depends, if he loses his virginity to another guy while locked away in prison there could be quite a bit of pain and blood.

Boys don't have hymens. Everything is on the outside. There's nothing to tear or bleed. All the boy feels is good.

Heck no! Unless he goes after it for so long he rubs it raw. There is no physical difference between a penis that has pentrated a vagina and one that has not--- for guys actually losing their virginity is just a happy memory.
