LOL! Maybe they think that if they duck the rain won't hit them as hard? You would think they were ducking from fire balls raining on their heads! I just use an umbrella.

It is a natural spasmodic instinct to react in a split seconds to something that hits you suddenly even if it may be a pleasant raindrop. It is that jungle instinct that keeps you alert of lurking dangers that existed since the Evolution. Once you become sure that it was only a goold ol simple rain, you really start enjoying it and may not even hesitate to get wet. It is the gift of that mother nature you should be proud of !
