Most things say do not use if you are pregnant. Check wit your Dr. to be sure.

Yes you can because your an adult with developed lungs and the vapors won't harm the baby BUT you should use it only a small amount as needed and if you can get the baby vicks you would be better that has less harmful vapors.

I was told by my OB during my pregnancies that I couldn't use Vicks vapor rub, but I was able to use eucalyptus oil & it worked great!

Yes it is fine as long as you aren't rubbing it near the belly area. I got a terrible cold during my my last month of pregnancy and was so sick. The pharmasist said that this was one thing that I could use safely.

I wouldn't have a problem with it but read the label and talk to the doctor. I think we are a little overly sensitive these days. (or law suit terrified)

No, it's not but I don't know why. I was going to put some on my wifes back one night and then I read the directions on the back of the bottle.
