Anyone else annoyed by the smells that follow people when they walk by you?
There is this guy at work and he smells like a ripe old man- real sweat-like, lots of afteshave...and it just drives me crazy to have to passs him in the hall. His smell lingers for like 10 minutes after he goes by.
I was thinking about filing a harrassment suit but im sure he would win since everyone just adores the old man....ugh!

I once worked with a fat guy and as I'm sure you know, all fat people smell bad.
There should be a law.
Have mercy!..

I get LIVID when people smell. There is no reason for it at all. The is epitome of rudeness and slobishness. When I worked in fast food many many years ago, I refused to help a fellow staff member because he smelled. I even politely told him (keep in mind this guy hideously reeked) that if he can not rid himself of whatever smell he has on him, I can not converse with him.

I filed a complain over another staff member who came straight from wrestling practice and would smoke a joint instead of taking a shower afterwards. You should do the same to this old man. There is no reason for it.

Get to work before everyone and leave some soap and a good smelling aftershave in a bag on his desk and put a note that says it is from the whole office. Maybe he will get the hint.

"smell" is what you do; like "seeing" or "hearing".
Yes, a lot of people have an ODOUR; some from not bathing, some from bad glands, some from what they eat, some from bad digestive tract, some from perfume, aftershave, lotions, etc.
No one is odour free; if it is really bad, try to have someone talk to the man to see if he can make a few changes.
However, make sure it is the odour, and not the man. Many people, if they don't like someone or a group of people, will say that they stink, even though their odour is no different.

Why no longer throw the %. interior the washer with a classic volume of laundry cleansing soap? yet another trick: a million. Bucket 3/4 crammed with warm water 2. mixture in a million/2 cup of baking soda. 3. Soak 20 minutes, rinse nicely, and carry out to dry.

No not I. I guess I'm not around "smelly" people that much...yet, in the past I've simply moved, and I'm not rude about it.
