My computer died, luckily all my iTunes music was on a thumb drive, I need a laptop to transfer music from my thumb drive to my new nano.

I don't want to buy one, I have no use for it after I transfer the music!

You can certainly rent them (link below for Rent-A-Center) but why not check with a friend or neighbor to see about temporarily using their system to handle your iTunes transfer?

yup. it'll cost you about as much to buy a new one from dell called an inspiron 1501 for $549. might as well get one or you'll be out $500 and then no pc
