Banana and cup of coffee. For my second breakfast (the girls I work with ordered food from the restaurant next to the office) I had a bagel, fruit salad and farmer sausage. I'm stuffed and probably won't eat again till 3.

For breakfast I had cereal. Then at work for a snack, I had a Rice Krispie Treat with a Coke. Now I'm having some ice cream and a pop.

One cheese [Davidstow Cheddar] and Ham [Sainsbury's taste the difference Wiltshire ham] sandwich [Wholegrain malted brown bread]. Yum.

1/4 of a grilled cheese sandwich, and a 4 oz chicken breast with pasta sauce, mozzarella, and two pieces of bread (including my coffee with non-fat evaporated milk, I've had 604 calories so far today)
